OH...MY...GOD... [Oct. 9th, 2006|09:33 am]
[Current Location |small town Mississippi]

Ok, I know I'm in Mississippi, but seriously now...

Ok, so I'm sitting in one of those classic, stereotypical southern eat places...where the average weight is about, oh, 300 lbs or so...yeah...anyways, the news about North Korea had just broke, and over at the next table there was an ABSOLUTELY ENORMOUS guy... And was just saying things like: "GEE-ORGE W. BUSH, the last of the T-RUE ru-publicans!" or "What we meed is about 13 missiles to go BOMB the SHIT out of them BASTARDS" or "Well, this is actually good, see, cuz now we-al get a ru-publican in the White House next time too, cuz see-ro-sly, whood want Kerry as president now?"

The word "wow" seems so hugely not up to the challenge here...

My Humane Letters teacher when asked what his religion was today answered: RU486...

He the elaborated: take 2 off the 8 and give it to the 4, thereby creating: RU666...

I started school today, and we needed a new building, b/c we got more peoples.

Problem: They haven't started building it yet.

So, for 2 weeks, we go across the street to a church, by then, we will SUPPOSEDLY have our other building built.

Only in Rome will you see 2 nuns and 2 EXTREMELY flamboyant transvestites standing next to each other on a bus, just calmly ignoring each other...

Oh, and another thing...

When NASA was developing their space program, they realized they needed a way of writing in a zero gravity environment, so they put some geinus scientists on the case and over 10 million dollars later, they had this nifty pen...
The Russians didnt have that kind of money, so they brought pencils...

Im going to see a miracle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On Aug. 5, several some odd hundred years ago, the was a plague in Rome in late July and it was ended by a snowstorm on Aug. 5, so every year on the 5th, the re-enact it by throwing tons of rose pettles off this really big church close to our apartment.

This says something about Americans, or rather, America...

Theres a parade of nuns and, i guess friars, or monks going by, theres music, they are carrying banners featuring the Virgin Mary, they are saying prayers... A man walks up to me and asks if I speak English, I say yes, and he asks if the parade is Catholic...

When I tell him, yes, he observes, that most things IN ROME are...

...I have nothing more to say...

It's hot, it's humid, the are more people who want to be on the public bus system then would fit in if we all went through a giant trash compactor, and there are more tourists in the city of Rome at this time of year then there are Romans...

Tomorrow night I get to see 5 of the funniest English speakers in Rome make fun of Ancient Rome involving certain items like: a rubber chicken, a set of bagpipes, a couple of foam swards, and a vespa...It should be rather interesting...

Yay!
Im in Rome now, with a Very strange keyboard...
Anyways: Random over 2000 year old stuff, amazing pizza, which incidentally is not Italian, "Prada" (or rather "Parada" as the strange knock-offs state) sold by the Colosseum for 10 Euros (12? dollars), and other strange and fascinating things...

Anyways, the strange internet cafè person is giving me odd looks...I think this means "Your time is up so leave!"...

Ok, so it's my last day in London :( but, I'm not THAT sad b/c now I get to go to Rome...yay.
Anyways, it was pretty amazing who I saw live last night...Dame Judi Dench!!! She was AMAZING!!!!!!!!! I love London, there's always something new to see or eat... Me like the food here VERY much.
It's interesting, b/c there's such diversity in the people, way more then in NY even. Also how they all just work so well together...Ok, enough mushy-gushy hooey...
Yesterday, I found out that when people, when they are just going to get casual food, people say they are going for a curry. It could be a burger and fries, or something that requires chopsticks, you're still apparently going for a curry...

Seriously now, have you peoples ever been made to go over a week w/o anything that EVEN CLOSELY RESEMBLES food?!?!?!?!!!!

Quick summary of trip:

Bratty cousins, slightly unwashed aunts, uncles who theorize about how robots are going to take over the world, grandmothers who think they are ALLERGIC TO WATER!!!,and crazy men in supermarkets flying pell-mell down isles of food squishing people(me) and acting like they were being chased by raccoons wielding machine guns or something!!!!!!!!!

I'm all out of air now and I didn't even say anything...

GOOD THING: PIRATES WAS AMAZING!!!!!!!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YAY.
ENDING, GRRRRR; AFTER THE CREDITS, AMUSING
PIRATES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
YAY.

BAD THING: NOW ALLOWED TO SEE OPENING NIGHT, OR EVEN ON FRIDAY!!! OR EVEN ON SATURDAY!!! I HAD TO WAIT TILL SUNDAY EVENING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, you get the idea...

Im probably 1 of the least sports in-tune people you have ever even heard of, but seeing as how I was in the middle of a good portion of LA's Italian population and am going to Italy in a couple days I actually find this interesting...
IMAGE: Vatican=giant mosh pit(im serious here)...

Anyways, I gotta go...I have a BURNING desire to eat a large amount of something my soybean loving grandma(im sorry, but tangerine-"chocolate" flavored soybean ice cream!!!!!!!!!)would not approve of, preferably washed down by some disgusting sugary drink pretending to have something to do w/ fruits of the forrest...

I GOT TO USE POWER TOOLS THIS WEEKEND!!! [Jun. 25th, 2006|09:02 pm]
[Current Location |somewhere south of Antartica...]
[mood | screaming]
[music |sadistic, loud, heartbreaking, oh, Phantom i guess...]

My weekend was boring... I did stuff... Stuff happened... I feel comatose...

The most interesting thing that happened to me recently was going to camp on Friday and realizing that my water was spiked.

Side Note: It wasn't actually spiked, my case just got white wine on it.

So, other some choreography so dull, idiotic, and down-right corny; it made me want to go smack my head against something very hard; camp was really just the same as usual. Actually, the talent show was something different. Different is definitely the right word... The song I did with one of my friends was fun, but other then that, my eyes were pretty much just glazed over while I ran away, very fast in a random direction screaming my head off.

Moving on, there were more bulldozers...Hehehehe

I GOT TO USE POWER TOOLS THIS WEEKEND!!!

Ok, I'm done being sarcastically cynical, and I have a problem with my brain being missing and an appointment to boil my head...

BOO!
AH!

(*sadistic laughter*)

tehetehe

"When we are married, I will sit on the front porch of our adobe house on Central Park West with a rose in my mouth and sell TORTIAS!"

tehetehe

Ok, I'm done now...

So today, bulldozers: Fred, Benny, Grande, Ginormous, and others took over downtown Phoenix, much to the dismay of those witnessing the event at Valley Youth Theatre...

I'm actually surprised I'm getting to write this before 11 this evening.

Tomorrow, I must see a person, who if called a psychotic low-life cretan, would be an insult to all psychotic low-life cretans. Needless to say, this is a most...unwelcome...event...

On a happier note, the flying motorized piggy was returned to it's rightful owner, from whom it had been confiscated...

Ok, that made NO SENSE!!!

Oh well, that's ok, just ignore me, I 'm just misunderstood. GOSH! I see how it is!!!

Anyway, I'm getting kicked off the computer again, so I gotta go, so I shall leave you peoples with this one last little piece of randomness: "We love you Bugsy, oh yes we do..." :p
The sad part is, this is better then what it should replace!

Lots of Love!!! :>
